Method
Beat eggs fried in a pan large enough to be tight on the underside. Then top garnish with crumbled feta cheese, sausage, pickles, olives, sprinkle pepper and grated cheese. Bake in an oven, only the top for about 10 minutes at about 180 ° C, until the cheese turn pink.
