Method
In the flour is made well and pour the beaten eggs 2, yoghourt with water, salt and dry yeast. Knead into a soft dough, add flour until no sticky hands. The dough is divided into 5 or 6 balls. Each roll of the crust, not too thin. Then lining peel over one another between them is brushed with grease. On the last crust is distributed by filling the feta cheese and eggs. Wound on a roll. Grabs one end of the roll and start to twist it (as twisted threads martenitsi), then catch a the other end of the roll and twisted him. So the filling is distributed anywhere between layers and the dough becomes like thread. In a greased pan put the roll coiled like a snail smeared with grease and leave to rise for an hour and a half or until doubled in volume. Place it in the oven, not preheated, bake on 150C - 180C degrees.

looks very appetizing. As I understand it in a cold oven baked, but for how long?

Each oven bake different whether with or without fan. You can bake in a preheated oven, just the recipe is from my mother and it also makes it without preheated. This time I might Peko in a preheated oven of a wood stove at 150 degrees for 35 minutes to bake. About the filming of one end is a little dark, not even red, because it was in the wood oven.

I only vinagi peka dough neshta of studena in oven. It first puskam na 150-160 gradusa and dogat zagryava pitkata (banitsata, tutmanika ...) further vtasva and stava more puhkavo. Kogato is nadigne dostatachno, vklyuchvam na 180-200 gradusa.

Yes, and I do so. Because often it is first heated oven begins to bake and unable to rise nice.

I have no words, excellent. I did it with live yeast. Thanks for the recipe. :)
