Sbordzhiyska soup

Ingredients
500 g plucks
2 onions
1 carrot
1/3 cup Rice
2 eggs
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp dry Tharos (tarragon)
pinch savory
vinegar
sunflower oil optional

Method
Giblets are chopped pieces, put in cold water and add salt as you Pause reprint. Allow to boil for about an hour and a half. Then add chopped onion and carrot. As tender put the cleaned and washed rice, savory and Tharos. You can add 3-4 tbsp sunflower oil. About 20 minutes after taking off from the fire, bind with beat eggs with a little vinegar.
