Ingredients
1 large head cauliflower
2 tbsp flour
2 cup milk
2 tbsp butter
100 g of cheese or feta cheese
salt

Method
Choppy on cauliflower florets. Boil in salted water, drain and arrange in a baking dish or fireproof glass vessel thoroughly brushed with butter, and sprinkled with grated cheese. Fry lightly flour into the butter. Dilute with milk (or 2 cups of water, in which the boiling cauliflower). Once the sauce boil, it is watered cabbage. Sprinkle the dish with grated cheese or crumbled feta cheese and bake until browned in a hot oven. Serve warm.
