Fresh cabbage in a saucepan

Ingredients
1 cabbage
150 ml tomato juice
1 carrot
5 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp paprika
3 tsp salt
parsley

Method
Cabbage is cut in the tray and salted, then crushed with your hands. In a pan with sunflower oil pour crushed cabbage and make 1 1/2 cups hot water (maybe 2 cups, if necessary). Leave on medium heat cabbage is tender and to add tomato juice, grated carrot and 1 tbsp paprika, mix nice and Cover with lid to doovri (boil for about 40-50 minutes). Shortly before removing it from the heat put 1 tsp black pepper. When fully cooked and tender, pour in the dish and sprinkle top with parsley.
