Spanish sandwiches

Ingredients
4 slices of white bread
2 onions
4 large peppers
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp (5 g) sweet paprika
pinch of sugar
pinch of pepper
150 g feta cheese
1 tbsp (10 ml) vegetable oil
Method
Onions and peppers cut into circles, smothered in vegetable oil until soft. By adding a little water. Leave overnight to soak in a marinade of lemon juice, ketchup, salt and pepper. Shortly before serving, onions and peppers from the marinade, put on toast white bread, cover with a slice of greasy solid feta cheese and put in preheated oven. Once the feta cheese melt sandwiches are removed and served.

It was something complicated and slow.

Usually good things become complicated and slow, but worth the effort, as these sandwiches. I'm doing them with Gouda cheese - are very spicy and good.

If you prepare the evening does not feel time. I really liked, put in favorites and will soon prepare!
