Ingredients
500 g veal without bones
150 g peas
2 carrots
1 onion
500 g potatoes
flour
lemon peel
1/2 tbsp finely chopped herbs
pepper
stock
salt
Method
Cleaned veal cut into cubes, add salt, sprinkle with black pepper, flour and place in a saucepan together with aromatic herbs. Add peas and chopped carrots and onions, cover with sliced ​​thinly sliced ​​potatoes, pour broth so that the products are covered only half and bake in low oven for about an hour and 15 minutes.
