Ingredients
500 g flour
1 and 1/2 tsp dry yeast
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil

Method
Of products and 350 ml warm water kneads dough. Divide into two greased with sunflower oil and allow to rise. After 45-50 minutes, with greased hands knead lightly again and again allow to rest for 30 minutes. Then with hands spread in greased oblong pan of 1 cm thick. With a fork to make grooves in a circle and length. Leave to rise for another 15 minutes. Sprayed with water and baked at 220 C in about 25 minutes. Once removed, it is sprayed with water and with a towel. * The dough can be shaped and rectangular bread and baked. * Instead of dry yeast can be used 20 g fresh.
