Autumn roast

Ingredients
1 kg pork Box
5-6 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp vegeta
2 onions
1-2 bay leaves
2 tbsp sour cream
salt
pepper
roasted peppers and mashed potatoes for garnish
Method
Spread whole piece of pork fillets with a mixture of mustard, pepper, vegeta and a little salt and leave to stand for one night or several hours. Insert the meat in a pan, add the oil, chopped onion, bay leaf and 500 ml water. Cover dish and meat is cooked over low heat approximately one hour, during boiling turning once. Then everything is transferred to the tray and bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Remove the meat and boned. Cut and put in a large bowl. In the sauce from baking add 2 tbsp sour cream and pour this sauce the meat. About rank meat roasted peppers and roses of mashed potatoes.
