Balls of minced meat in puff pastry

Ingredients
500 g puff pastry (1 package)
150-200 g minced meat
1 egg
salt
pepper
parsley
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 small onion

Method
Onions cut into small pieces and the products are kneaded mixture by using only the white of an egg. Oval beads are for meatball soup. The yolk is mixed with a little water, salt and sunflower oil. The dough expands and cut into squares with sides 6-7 cm. On each square is placed a ball and wrapped in dough. The stitch remains on the underside. Smeared with yolk. So in a greased and lined muffin trays and bake at 200 C, average BBQ.
