Bananas in rum

Ingredients
4 large bananas
2 tbsp (20 g) sugar
juice of 1 small lemon
piece of butter
1/4 cup (50 ml) rum
cream
Method
Small baking pan is coated with butter. Peeled banana cut lengthwise into halves, arranged in the pan so that partially covered, sprinkle with sugar, lemon juice and 2 tbsp (20 ml) of water and bake quarter of an hour in low oven. Add most of the rum and bake for 5 minutes. Bananas are served with cream, which is added a little rum.

It was a fantastic dessert :) It's so easy, even with a little more rum guests quickly cheer;)

Yesterday it got involved it naturally much larger dose (because I'm greedy) and guests were very very impressed, even my cousin (who is quite pull character) praised me. Very good recipe, but I'm a pretty good cook (and bold).
