Banitsa of sheet bathed with smoked chicken

Ingredients
1 box bathed peel (700 g, 5 pieces)
750 g smoked chicken legs
125 g smoked mayonnaise
400 g yogurt
1 egg
5 tbsp sunflower oil
Method
Chicken legs boned meat is cut into cubes with size 1 cm. Add to the mayonnaise, yogurt and egg white from the egg. The finished mixture is divided into five parts and each thawed crust sprinkled with her, then wrapped in an oiled tray. Above the banitsa smeared with egg yolk and sprinkle with 5 tbsp sunflower oil. Bake at 150-180 C until browned.
