Bean meatballs

Ingredients
300 g white beans
3 tbsp oatmeal
1 egg
1 tbsp fresh mint
1 tbsp parsley
pepper, salt
breadcrumbs for rolling
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Beans soak a few hours and then boiled. Oats soaked in cold water until soft. Beans and nuts drip and Strain. Add the egg, chopped parsley and mint, pepper and salt. Of the finished mixture form balls, rolled in breadcrumbs and fry in heated sunflower oil.
