Beans with meat

Ingredients
300 g beans
100 g salo
150 g garlic salami
150 g of meat roasted goose
2 tomatoes
2 onions
goose lard or sunflower oil
1 clove garlic
soup
2 tbsp (20 g) breadcrumbs
link herbs - bay leaf, parsley and thyme, tied with white thread
pepper
salt
Method
Beans soak in water the day before to cook. Add half a clove of garlic and herbs link and boiled to poluomekvane. Salo, salami, onions and tomatoes cut into cubes, Grind half a clove of garlic and fry the mixture in 2 tablespoons goose lard or sunflower oil, add meat or bone broth and meat roast goose stew half an hour. In a greased baking dish with goose lard is put order beans, then order a meat mixture, pour in broth, the top is dusted bread crumbs and bake in low oven for half an hour, until the breadcrumbs become crispy and acquire golden color. Suitable side dish is lettuce. To prepare this dish can be used and other roast meats - mostly mutton.
