Beans with rice and corn

Ingredients
200 g mushrooms canned
3 cloves garlic
250 g rice
200 g canned corn
200 g peas
450 g of cooked beans
pepper 1
2 tomatoes
salt
lovage
mint
pepper
sunflower oil

Method
Fry them onions, mushrooms, peppers and garlic. They add the rice and tomatoes and everything simmer a bit. After 15 minutes, add other products. The dish simmer for 30 minutes, before removing from the fire, add mint and devesilat.

magi71, very tasty work. I had the mushroom, carrots added by me, but perhaps the mushrooms will be even more tasty and fragrant. Lovage mint and give it a very nice scent that until now I had not tried (in such combination). Thank you for easy and quick recipe. Would later put and photos.
