Beans with smoked bones

Ingredients
1 kg smoked bones
1 pork shank
1 kg beans old
2 carrots
2 bell peppers (red and green)
2 tbsp Ronen savory
1 tbsp dried mint
1 bunch green onions
1 tbsp red pepper
salt
pepper

Method
In a pressure cooker cook smoked bones and knuckle for about 1 hour. Strain the broth and return to pot. Add pre-soaked and washed beans and make hot water. Boil under 1 hour, during which time boned and shank bones. Cooked beans to add meat and chopped peppers and carrots, salt, pepper and savory. After 10 minutes, fry chopped onion with red pepper and add to the soup, sprinkle with dried mint and mix.

Instead bones, mocha, etc., take pork ribs, but do not cook under pressure and lightly fry them and then let your neck with beans. Try and then we'll talk again. Ways of cooking is the same as above.

At home only so cook beans. Today it cooked and I decided to put a picture. Bravo for the recipe.
