Beef with carrots and potatoes

Ingredients
1 kg veal
50 g salo
chervil
400 g carrots
600 g potatoes
100 g onion
1-2 bay leaves
4-5 tbsp sunflower oil
pepper
salt
Method
The meat is cleaned of veins. A carrot, salo and chervil are cut long and thin. Meat shpikova (pricked be) with a thin blade and in each hole shoving a piece of sliced ​​carrots, salo and chervil. Meat sprinkled with black pepper and put in a bowl of fat, a little water, chopped onion, bay leaf and a few peppercorns. Bake in a moderate oven, often pour the fat and turns to roast on all sides. Clean potatoes. Carrots cut into strips. Once the meat is tender and pozachervi, add the carrots and potatoes. Remove from the oven once the potatoes are ready.
