Beef with peppers in gardening

Ingredients
750 g lean veal
14 (1 kg) peppers
2 bunches of spring onions
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
6-7 (500 g) red tomatoes
100 g butter
1 tsp (5 g) salt
2 tbsp (20 ml) vinegar
5-6 garlic cloves
1/2 bunch parsley
Method
The meat is washed and boned, cut into small pieces, place in a saucepan ring with finely chopped onion, salt and red pepper, pour vinegar and a little water and boil on medium heat. When water is evaporated, add some of the fat and chopped tomatoes. Baked peppers, peel, cleaned from the seed is cut in half, add salt and fry in the remaining fat and then added to the dish remained almost fat, together with the cleaned cloves of garlic. Pour over a little warm water and stew ten minutes on low heat. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
