Beef stew in a crock with parsley

Ingredients
600 g veal meat
600 g baby potatoes
1 bunch green onions
1 large onion
1 cup mashed tomatoes
2 bunches of parsley
1 tbsp paprika
30 ml sunflower oil
salt, pepper
Beef stew in a crock with parsley

Method
The meat is cut into portions. Together with the chopped onion and the fat is placed in a clay stew and stew in the oven for 30 minutes. Add green onions, red pepper and chopped potatoes. Bake the potatoes until ready. Then add the tomatoes and parsley and bake for 10 minutes. Ready sprinkle with parsley and pepper.
