Boiled corn

Ingredients
5 cups (1 kg) of wheat for cooking
1 small head (50 g) onion
3 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
salt
Method
Wheat moisten slightly beat mechanically (without breaking the beans) and then dried to blow the husks. Again washed and boiled until complete softening, the water should be 2 inches above the surface. In vegetable stew butter until golden coloring finely chopped onion, add in the corn and stir well. Court covered tightly with a towel, not the steam out. As cool corn add salt to taste and serve.
