125 ml milk
egg 1
1 yolk
50 g butter
30 g fresh yeast (3/4 cube)
500 g flour
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp poppy seeds

Combine milk and 125 ml water, the yeast is crushed therein and allow it rise. Sift the flour into a bowl. In yeast, add the salt and egg, stir gently, add to the flour and kneaded to a smooth dough. Cover with a damp towel and leave to rise for 30 minutes. In a bowl, melt the butter. The dough was divided into 14 balls. With a small portion of the butter smeared pan with removable edge.
