Breaded chicken fillet with oatmeal

Ingredients
600 g chicken fillet
# For the marinade:
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp curry
salt, pepper
# breading:
2 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup cornmeal
1 cup fine oatmeal

Method
Chicken fillets are cut into thin slices. Marinated in broken marinade 2-3 hours - the more, the better. Eggs are broken with a little salt. The cornmeal mixed with oatmeal. Dip chicken strips into egg and pressed into a dry mixture. Stay 2-3 minutes to take the breading. Fry in medium heated oil on both sides. Serve with a garnish of your choice.
