Breaded feta cheese with stuffing

Ingredients
500 g cow feta cheese
2 eggs
3 tbsp flour
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
5-6 mushrooms
30 g butter
pepper
Method
Chopped washed mushrooms, stew them in the butter and sprinkle with pepper. Cut the feta cheese into thin slices. Beat the eggs with the flour. Take a piece of the feta cheese, put the top of the mushrooms, sandwiching with another piece of feta cheese, roll it in bread crumbs, egg mixture and fry in preheated oil. Serve warm the feta cheese on a bed of fried slice and top transparent lemon.
