Buhtichki pumpkin

Ingredients
1 kg pumpkin
100 ml water
1 vanilla
75 g sugar
250 g flour
10-12 g yeast (1/4 cube)
2 tbsp milk
sunflower oil for frying
icing sugar for dusting

Method
The pure pumpkin peel, wash and cut into cubes. Put it in a pot and boiled for 20 minutes with water, vanilla and sugar. Removed from the fire and crushed puree. Add sifted flour and yeast in the milk fuzzy. Cover dough and leave in a warm place to rise - to double its volume. It into balls and fry in preheated oil, not more than 5-6 at a time. Once golden brown, removed, and scatter with powdered sugar.

If you make during Lent, the yeast can blur a bit of lukewarm water instead of milk.

sounds delicious, I tried but I do not know whether children will like it
