Bump banitsa

Ingredients
2-3 eggs
1 cup Water
20 g yeast (1/2 cube)
1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
800 g flour
about 200-300 g feta cheese
Spreadable fats (sunflower oil, lard or butter)
Method
Yeast was suspended in water, then add the eggs, the oil, salt, vinegar and sugar. The flour is sieved and added gradually to the other products. After kneading the dough, then hit several times in the table. Then divided into 8 balls and rolled. Half of each crust smeared with oil and sprinkle with grated feta cheese. Then folded into two and again is coated with oil and sprinkled with grated feta cheese, after which it is rolled. Rolled wafers are placed in a buttered pan, leaving a little space between them. Leave in a warm place to rise and bake in a moderate oven. Once removed from the oven the banitsa sprayed with water and turns.
