Bun with fries and honey

Ingredients
450 g flour
20 g yeast
3/4 cup (150 ml) decoction by boiling the potatoes
3 potatoes
1 tsp (5 g) sugar
1 tsp (5 g) salt
3 tbsp (30 ml) milk
4 tbsp honey
3 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
1 egg or 20 g butter
Method
Crushed yeast is placed in a bowl, sprinkle with sugar and salt and leave for 15 minutes to become kashitsa. Stir a decoction of the boiling of the potatoes, add the vegetable oil and the liquid is poured flour, milk which is mixed honey and mashed potatoes cooked, initially stirred with a fork, then by hand. Knead the soft dough is placed on the scatter plate with flour and knead 7 minutes (if the dough is sticky processing, sprinkle with a little flour). Smooth elastic dough is shaped into a ball and put in scatter with a little flour bowl, as is smeared over with vegetable oil. Bowl covered with a cloth (which should not be based on the dough) and leave about 1 hour in a warm place to rise. The dough turns on a floured board and treated for 7 minutes. The dough is divided into small balls that are arranged in a form and leave to rise for about 1 hour. Bun bake about 10 minutes in a preheated 230 C oven. Remove them and smeared with beaten egg and melted butter. The oven temperature was reduced to 200 ° C and a bun was baked for 10 minutes.

something did not seem appropriate that these be sweet bun and missed honey were wonderful, I wonder if I put honey how they would be :)
