Buns with cottage cheese and sour cream (Papanashi)

Ingredients
200 g cottage cheese
20 g butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup (100 g) flour
1 tbsp (10 g) sugar
lemon peel
frying fat
sour cream
Method
The cottage cheese was ground through a strainer and mix well with eggs, sugar, flour and grated lemon rind. The dough is formed small buns or pretzels as big as a hand and fried in boiling fat. Still hot, pour with sour cream and serve immediately.
