Buns-florets

Ingredients
20 g fresh yeast
3 cups water
1 tsp sugar
3 eggs
200 g yogurt
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 tbsp salt
about 1 kg of flour
# For the stuffing:
4 eggs
300-400 g cheese
Method
Mix the yeast with a little water, add sugar and a little flour and leave to rise. Stir eggs yogurt, add the oil and salt and mix. This mixture add it to rise yeast and a soft paste. Roll a great crust, coated it with sunflower oil and spread the filling on top. Straight cut crosswise in the middle. Begin to roll up inside sheet at all, as with dough enfold filling, forming one large ring. Cut the pieces 8-9 cm, each put in a greased tray with the filling up - yielding roses. Lining up tightly to each other, allowed to rise above is smeared with a little oil.
