Buns with garlic and sesame

Ingredients
500 ml water
25 g fresh yeast
2 tbsp honey
80 g butter
2 tbsp salt
125 ml oatmeal
900 g flour (type 500 or type)
50 ml fried or roasted sesame seeds (linseeds)
2 cloves garlic, 1 and 1/2 tsp dried garlic
Method
Yeast dissolved in warm water. Add honey, salt, melted butter, oats, sesame seeds and pressed garlic. Add sifted flour and knead the dough elastic. Cover and let rise in a warm place (30-40 minutes) until doubled in volume. Formed into buns and arrange on a baking tray. Leave for a further 15 minutes. Spread top with egg yolk with water (1 egg yolk 2 tbsp water). Sprinkle with sesame optional. In a preheated oven at 220 C bake for about 10-15 minutes.
