500 g puff pastry
200 g feta cheese
1 egg
sunflower oil

Method
Puff pastry cut into squares that anoint egg and then sprinkle with feta cheese. Arrange in a baking dish, anointed with sunflower oil and bake at 180C degrees until ready.
