Cabbage dolmas on Christmas Eve without roux

Ingredients
250 g rice
1 and 1/2 onion
5 tbsp sunflower oil
100 g raisins
pepper, red pepper, savory, salt
leaves sauerkraut
1 pm .ch. sauerkraut juice

Method
Chop finely. Mix with the washed rice, raisins, the oil and spices. Mix everything well. Cabbage leaves are cleaned of veins. In each put a bit of stuffing and shrink dolmaschki (not too tight). The bottom of the pot put 2-3 cabbage leaves. Top arrange the dolmas. Dot with a plate and pour 2 cups water and 1 cup cabbage juice. Put on the stove and cook over low heat about 1 hour.
