Cabbage rolls with mayonnaise

Ingredients
10 leaves of fresh cabbage
5 carrots
2 cloves garlic
mayonnaise
pepper
salt
Method
Cabbage leaves are steamed for 5 minutes in boiling salted water, drain and cool. Carrots grated and mixed with finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Distributed on cabbage leaves and wrap rolls or oblong dolmaschki. Rolls are arranged in a deep dish, pour brine made from 1 liter of water and 1 tablespoon salt and pressed with a weight. Leave to stand for two days of cold, then they are ready for consumption. In serving rolls are covered with mayonnaise and decorate optional.
