Cake with caramel and apples

1-2 cups sugar (for caramelization, and sprinkling of sweetened cream)
60 g butter
5-6 apples
400 g sour cream
# For the dough:
3-4 eggs
1 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup fat of your choice (best in equal amounts butter and sunflower oil)
1 cup flour
1/2 cup milk or water
vanilla and a few drops of rum optional
10 g baking powder (1 packet)
1 cup sugar is caramelized and pour into the pan with the shape and size of the cake pan. From above are placed close to each other pieces peeled and cleaned apples and sprinkle with 1-2 tbsp sugar and melted butter. On them is poured dough. The dough is prepared in advance to have broken the eggs together is powdered sugar. Add the shortening and flour sifted with baking powder. Finally add the milk and vanilla and rum. Pour the mixture over the apples and put to bake at 180-200 C until ready. When baked, still warm, gently invert the cake onto a cake plate. As cool a cake smeared with whipped cream, extra whipped with a little powdered sugar.
