Ingredients
1 ripe avocado
4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 yolks
100 ml olive oil
salt, pepper
pinch of sugar
pinch of cayenne pepper optional

Method
Avocado Peel and cut into cubes. Peel the garlic. All products are pureed with a blender or blender until creamy state.
