Cannelloni with ham

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups (300 g) flour
3 eggs
250 g ham
1 onion
pinch nutmeg
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 sprig parsley
butter
pepper
salt
feta cheese "parmesan"
Method
It is hard dough of flour, two eggs, a little salt and a little hot water, divided into two balls are rolled thin sheets and allowed to dry on a towel. When almost dry, cut the squares with sides about 12 centimeters and cannelloni are placed in a damp cloth. Finely chopped onion and ham fried in heated butter, add 1 tsp (5 g) flour, fry, add the tomato puree and stir until the mixture is smooth. Add the remaining egg, broken with the finely chopped parsley, salt, pepper, nutmeg and a little stew. Cannelloni Boil in salted water and fill with cool mixture, wrap and place in a greased with butter baking pan, sprinkle with heated butter, grated parmesan (or other hard cheese) and bake a few minutes in a hot oven or under grill. The dish can be prepared and ready cannelloni.
