# For the caramel:
3 tbsp water
2 cup sugar
# For the cream:
6 eggs
3 cups milk
1 cup strong coffee
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp rum

Method
Pour the water and sugar to caramelize on medium heat. Eggs and sugar beat with a mixer, then add the coffee and rum. In a wider pan pour half caramel and the mixture was added to the cream. Bake in a water bath at about 180 C. In the second half of the caramel is made caramel cell as described here - caramel cell . baked and cooled custard turns into a suitable tray and garnish with caramel cell.
