Carp in Polish

Ingredients
carp 1
2 tbsp (20 ml) vinegar
1 onion
1-2 carrots
1 bay leaf
1 parsley root
1 slice celery
lemon peel
3 peppercorns
3 allspice berries
2 cloves
500 ml dark beer
50 g biscuits
30 g raisins
30 g almonds
1/2 cup (100 ml) red wine
salt
Method
Carp cut into portions and marinate about 30 minutes in vinegar, finely chopped onion, salt and pepper. Chopped vegetables and spices to boil about 40 minutes on low heat in 500 ml salted water and strain. Beer, crackers, raisins and chopped almonds are placed in vegetable broth and boil. Add the pieces of carp and leave to cook about 15-20 minutes over very low heat. Finally, make red wine.
