Chesnova bread

Ingredients
# For the dough:
200 ml warm milk
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp sunflower oil
340 g flour
7 g dry yeast
# For aromatic butter:
70 g soft butter
2 cloves crushed garlic
finely chopped dill and parsley
salt
# For sprinkling:
egg white
sesame
Method
Yeast dissolved in warm milk and leave to rise. Add other products and kneads medium soft dough. Leave to rise. Then rolled crust thickness of about 3-4 cm. Spread plenty of aromatic butter. The sheet is rolled up, which is cut into pieces 2 cm across. The pieces are arranged in a pan with a diameter of 26 cm, and between them a space. The pita is placed in a heated to 50C degrees oven to rise and pieces inflate and take the entire tray. Leavened pita smeared with beaten egg-white and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 180C degrees until ready.
