Chicken banitsi

Ingredients
2 chicken steak
2-3 field mushrooms
1/2 green pepper or chili 1
1-2 tbsp thick tomato sauce or tomato slice
pepper, salt
filo pastry
dill, parsley
200 g cheese
1-2 tbsp peak butter

Method
The meat is cut into very small cubes and fry in a pan with preheated oil. Add the mushrooms and peppers, also very small cut, and mix. Finally add the tomato sauce, spices, stir and remove from heat. Allow it to cool as pour into pan with kitchen paper and remove excess fat. Add grated cheese and mix. Hold the two wafers. Spread half of the melted butter, sprinkle with plenty of cheese and Cover with the other half. In the middle of the sheet is placed part of the stuffing and rolls like a bag. Put in an oiled dish with the seam down, smeared with margarine and sprinkle with poppy seeds and sesame. Bake at 200 C for 15-20 minutes until it turns rosy. Serve with mashed avocado, diced pickled peppers and mayonnaise or yogurt.
