Ingredients
1 chicken (about 1 kg)
125 g salo
150 g mushrooms
200 g olives
4 tomatoes
5 potatoes
1/2 cup cognac
parsley
pepper, salt

Method
Chicken cleared well and cut into pieces. Fry is salo and mushrooms, olives, cut into pieces. Add tomatoes and potatoes, cut into slices. Finally put meat. Pour over the brandy and add water as needed. Boil until the meat is tender. Before you remove from heat and add the parsley, pepper and salt.
