Ingredients
2 chicken legs
2 tomatoes
3-4 tbsp chopped walnuts
2-3 scallions
50 g blue cheese
sunflower oil
salt
Method
Dry chicken legs were smeared with sunflower oil and baked on BBQ or in the oven. Cut the tomatoes into thicker slices, which rank at the bottom of a greased baking dish with sunflower oil and parch. Top put chicken legs. Sprinkle with walnuts, finely chopped onion and crumbled or grated feta cheese. The dish is placed in the oven and bake until golden. Serve with steamed potatoes and spinach.
