3 chicken legs
3 tbsp (30 ml) sunflower oil
salt, pepper, curry, paprika
Method
Legs are washed, dried and rubbed with a mixture of the oil and spices. Put them in a baking dish and bake 12 minutes at 600 W and grill included. They addressed every 4 minutes. Leave to stand for 5 minutes at off oven. * To prepare this recipe requires a combined microwave.
