Chicken liver with milk

Ingredients
500 g chicken livers
4-5 onions
pepper, salt
1 cup milk
Method
Livers thoroughly wash and arrange in a baking dish. Top cut onion, cut into crescents and seasoned with salt and pepper. Pour the milk and bake in a moderate oven, without stirring, until the onion is browned.

Without fat you bake?

Try it, I liked it, I put oil on the bottom of the baking pan

I personally do not put fat, but if you prefer you can put.
