Washed livers place them in a pan of oil or fsunflower suitable for halogen oven (I accidentally got one aluminum), chopped onion crescents cut and peppers, carrots and shredding. Flavoring with spices and salt, watering them with the oil and stir. Put the pan on the bottom BBQ, adjust the clock for 40 minutes to 220C and bake. Every 10 minutes to mix them not to burn the onions.
