Chicken with onions and olives

Ingredients
2 chicken fillets
1 small onion
100 g olives
4 tbsp uni sauce or soy sauce
savory, black pepper, salt
sunflower oil

Method
Cut the meat into chunks and marinate with uni sauce for about 20 minutes. Onion cut into crescents and with meat fry with a little sunflower oil. Add boned and chopped olives and fry until ready. Put the fixes and salted.

Many sounds delicious! Just looking for something delicious and easy tonight that we repair and do not have time (opportunity) for large culinary outings! I only significantly increase the onion to make a sauce.

It was very, very tasty! Put 1 kg chicken, 8 onions and two handfuls of olives. Onions melt and almost caramelized and olives are a nice contrast to this taste! Falsified with red and black pepper, oregano, and finally with fresh parsley. Was not even a photo to eat flake! Surely it was not the last time this recipe, I am very happy :)
