Chicken with roasted peppers wok

Ingredients
250 g feta cheese tofu, diced (soy cheese)
300 g chicken fillet, cut into long strips
2 tsp sunflower oil
1 tsp grated or minced meat ginger
2 roasted red peppers, cut into strips
1 tsp cornstarch, dissolved in 50 ml water
1 onion, cut into crescents
1 cup soy sprouts
1 tbsp sesame underdone
# For the marinade:
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp white wine
1 clove pressed garlic
Method
Mix products marinade and put it in meat and soy feta cheese, mixed, and left for 15 minutes. Strain and marinade remains. The oil is heated and it put the chicken, tofu, onion and ginger. Stir for 5 minutes, add the peppers, stir 1 minute and put the marinade and starch mixture. When thickened, put the sesame and soy sprouts. Serve immediately.
