Chicken with sauce garam masala

Ingredients
3 chicken steak
the juice of 1/2 lemon
3 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp garam masala
# For the sauce:
1 onion
4-5 cloves garlic
3 tbsp butter
1/2 tbsp turmeric
3 tbsp garam masala
1/2 tbsp ginger
salt
250 ml tomato paste
100 ml water (dilution of puree)

Method
Chicken steaks are seasoned with lemon juice, soy sauce and sprinkle garam masala with. Stir well to not remain uncovered place. Leave to stand for half an hour. Then baked in the oven, BBQ or grill pan. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Onions and garlic, chopped in small pieces stew in the butter until soft and add the spices. A thick kashitsa. Add tomato paste and boil the sauce briefly. It can be added various meats, vegetables or fish. Can be served separately in sauce-boat.
