Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
1/2 head white onion
1/2 red onion
# barbecue sauce:
100 g butter
80 g onion
1 sprig fresh garlic
juice 1/2 lemon
1 cup ketchup
1 and 1/2 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch of sugar and salt
Method
Barbecue sauce chopped onions and garlic, fry for 5 minutes in a pre-heated butter. Add lemon juice, mustard and ketchup and stir. Season the sauce Worcester, add salt and sprinkle with sugar. Allow to simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring. Boned chicken breasts, cut into cubes and strung on skewers, alternating with pieces of white and red onions. The drought is on the hot BBQ on each side until ready. When ready coat them with the sauce.
