Chicken with spinach puree

Ingredients
1 chicken (1.2 kg)
1 kg spinach
2 tbsp flour
7 tbsp sunflower oil
2 tbsp milk
# dairy sauce:
3 tbsp sunflower oil
2 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
4 yolks
100 g cheese
Method
Chicken cut into portions, boiled and boned. Spinach is poured into salted water and cut. Fry flour, diluted with milk and mixed with spinach. Prepare milk sauce, as fry flour, dilute with milk and boil. Yolks are broken and carefully added to the sauce. Boil for 2-3 minutes. In tray Pour spinach mixture, placed in the chicken and everything is flooded with milk sauce. The dish is sprinkled with grated cheese and bake at 200 C for about 20 minutes.
