Chicken Teriyaki - II type

Ingredients
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp chopped fresh ginger
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp dry white wine
2 tbsp vinegar
1 head of garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp salt
2 boneless chicken fillets with skin, cut in halves
Method
To prepare the marinade is well broken soy sauce, ginger, honey, wine, vinegar and garlic in a deep pot. Fillets are crushed to 1 cm thick, put a shallow dish, pour marinade and let stand 20 minutes, turning once. The meat is removed, but retains the marinade. Chicken baked in a preheated BBQ or grill skin side down. Meanwhile, boil the marinade, until half. Chicken is coated with marinade received and turns and smeared again. So bake 5-7 minutes. When finished cut into diagonal pieces. Serve with a side dish of boiled rice and vegetables.
